Chetan Shah, Founder and CEO: Chetan (www.linkedin.com/in/chetangshah/) specialises in entrepreneurial execution of corporate strategy, having worked with CEOs, boards of corporations and family businesses for over 20 years. His prior work includes corporate finance roles with Lazard, National Commercial Bank (Saudi Arabia) and Bank Muscat as well as executive role with conglomerate Tata Group. He has closed domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and/or fundings exceeding USD 15b in enterprise value across India, Australia, the Arabian Gulf nations, UK and USA.
Some of his diverse work includes consolidation of various Indian owned pharmaceutical operations of Wyeth (now Pfizer) with then US parent AHP, merger of sixteen Saudi Arabian building materials companies to form Construction Product Company, restructuring of Global Trust Bank, and Tata Beverages’ acquisition of Glaceau, US (the owner of Vitamin Water brand) and its subsequent sale to Coca Cola Co. His work with government sector includes privatisation and public-private partnerships in relation to 16 hotel properties of India Tourism Development Corporaton. He understands Islamic finance.
Chetan is qualified as Chartered Accountant and is an alumnus of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He volunteers with Sydney based Lifeline, a crisis management organisation. Chetan is currently acting as Chief Mentor to two FinTech startups working with Copenhagen based accelerator Startupbootcamp.

Sanjay Kumar Maheshka: Sanjay has over 20 years of experience in financial services sector including predominantly with ICICI Bank. At ICICI Bank, he worked with corporate banking and successfully led several initiatives such as setting up and running Treasury (was the Global Head of Treasury Mid-Office), heading the Financial Restructuring Group, and setting up and managing the bank’s subsidiary in Russia. He was lastly Global Head of Trading Operations and Balance Sheet Management Group. Later he joined senior management and strategy team of a financial services group. Sanjay is a graduate from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Kanpur) and post graduate in business management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Ajay Jindal, CFA: Ajay has two decades of equity research, investment banking and PE investing experience. He set up The Times of India Group research division; led several transactions for their proprietary investment arm, and also worked with their corporate strategy team. Earlier, he worked as an institutional equity analyst Caspian Securities, ranked in top 5 in India by both Euromoney and Institutional Investor. He started his career with investment banking firm Lazard India. Ajay is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM Bangalore), B. Tech. from IIT Kanpur, and CFA from AIMR USA.
Nirjhar Gupta: Nirjhar has two decades of experience with Indian equity markets. His work spans stock broking research, marketing equities, investment banking and money management. He has worked with diverse organisations like SBI Mutual Fund, Tata TD Waterhouse, Motilal Oswal, Lehman Brothers, Nomura Securities and Alchemy Securities. He has extensive contacts with top fund managers in Indian and Asian equity markets. Nirjhar has a management degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur and B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Kanpur.
